VBO Fastighets AB is seeking a Property Caretaker for Vimmerby and Hultsfred

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented property caretaker to join our management team in Vimmerby and Hultsfred. VBO Fastighets AB owns and manages residential and commercial properties in the region, with a strong focus on long-term quality and excellent service for our tenants.

About the role

As a property caretaker, you will have a varied role involving both interior and exterior maintenance. Your main responsibilities include:

• Routine inspection of properties and technical installations
• Emergency troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Painting and maintenance of surface finishes in apartments and common areas
• Maintenance of outdoor environments (snow removal in winter, minor gardening in summer)
• Contact with tenants and contractors
• Basic documentation and reporting of actions taken

The work is independent, but you will be part of a team with several colleagues and report to the property manager.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Practical experience in property maintenance, painting, carpentry, construction, or similar trades
• Good problem-solving skills and a service mindset
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Class B driver's license (required)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
